Terms and Conditions

1. BUSINESS INFORMATION
The Puppy Gallery and Kennels ("the Business") is owned and operated by Anthony I Bell and co-owned by Robena Bell, located in Spartanburg, SC.

2. AVAILABLE BREEDS
The Business specializes in purebred puppies, including but not limited to:
- Shih Tzu
- Toy Poodles
- Yorkshire Terriers (Yorkies)
- French Bulldogs
- Additional breeds as available
3. DEPOSIT POLICY
a) A non-refundable deposit of $250.00 is required to reserve a puppy.
b) Deposits are strictly non-refundable if the customer changes their mind.
c) Customers should only place deposits when 100% certain about their purchase decision.
4. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION
a) Shipping services are available at the customer's expense.
b) Shipping costs are not included in the puppy price or package.
c) Shipping arrangements are separate from the Puppy Gallery experience.

5. REGISTRATION
a) AKC or CKC registration is not included in the base price.
b) Registration can be arranged upon request at the time of purchase for an additional fee.
6. PUPPY PACKAGE INCLUSIONS
Each puppy comes with:
- Bill of sale
- 72-hour health warranty
- Starter food
- Puppy leash
- Collar
- Puppy pads
7. HEALTH AND VETERINARY CARE
a) All puppies receive veterinary examinations before sale.
b) Vaccinations are kept up to date according to appropriate schedules.
c) Puppies are fed Royal Canin and Purina One Plus Healthy puppy formula.
8. SALES RESTRICTIONS
a) The Business reserves the right to investigate all potential customers.
b) Sales are strictly prohibited to:
- Brokers
- Puppy mills
- Pet shops
9. BUSINESS PRACTICES
The Business is committed to:
a) Careful selection of breeding parents
b) Producing quality purebred puppies
c) Placing healthy puppies in loving homes
d) Maintaining high standards of care and breeding practices

10. MODIFICATIONS
The Business reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By placing a deposit or purchasing a puppy from Puppy Gallery and Kennels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
