48 Hour Health Guarantee
You have 48 hours from the date of sale to have your new puppy examined by a veterinarian. If the vet finds any genetic or life-threatening illness, you must provide a signed statement from the vet within that time frame. You will then have 24 hours to report this to The Puppy Gallery and have the option to exchange your puppy for another of equal value. No monetary refunds will be given.
Please note:

Ear mites, worms, and coccidia (internal parasites) are not serious health problems and are not covered by this warranty.

Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) is serious but excluded, as it is manageable with proper care.

If the puppy is registered, documents will be mailed within 2-4 weeks.

Any evidence of neglect will void this warranty.
